What We Will Do for You:

  • Answer your call personally and professionally — Anytime, day or night.
  • Transfer your loved one — From their home or hospital, no matter the time.
  • Arrange the cremation — We’ll visit your family or liaise with you over the telephone at a time  that suits you to discuss the cremation
  • Assist with legal paperwork — We’ll guide you through registering the death and provide support with necessary documentation.

What Happens in the First Few Days:

  • Arrange the cremation — We’ll take care of all necessary steps.
  • Obtain the medical certificate — You will need to  contact the GP or hospital to acquire the medical certificate, which is required for registration.
  • Register the death — Registration is necessary before proceeding with the cremation.

It’s important to remember that things like bank accounts or the will do not need to be addressed immediately. Our team is here to help you focus on what matters most during this challenging time.
