All funeral directors are legally required to publish this price list for a standardised set of products and services. This is to help you think through your options and allows you to compare prices between different funeral directors.
UNATTENDED (DIRECT) FUNERAL
This is a funeral where family and friends do not attend the cremation or burial but may choose to hold an event/memorial in the their loved one’s memory at a different time and place.
ATTENDED SIMPLE FUNERAL (Funeral Director’s fees only)
This is where a funeral service is held and attended by friends and family on the same day as the burial/cremation.
This includes all funeral personnel on the day of the funeral, completion of all necessary paperwork and taking care of all funeral arrangements.
This includes collection of deceased from place of death to our premises and transportation using a motor hearse on the day of the funeral.
Taking care of the deceased before the funeral in the appropriate facilities at our branch premises, including dressing and preparing deceased for chapel visitation.
This will be made of veneered oak.
Viewing of the deceased at the funeral director’s premises for family and friends via appointment.
MANDATORY FEES
There are numerous fees that can be involved in a burial, such as interment fee, purchase of burial plot, transfer of ownership and when necessary removal of memorial. Prices vary dependant on cemetery.
